Good talk. Here's the short version.
You don't have to remember any of it. This page does.

What we said
- Tarek's ceiling proved the point. Commercial-grade fixtures in a home: recessed track, zoned pockets, 0-10V dimming, real control of color temperature and beam spread. About $15K in lights that looks like twice that.
- The gap. Manufacturers chase commercial. High-end homes get showroom product. Clients who care will pay for the right system when someone designs it and stays with it through install.
- What I'm building. Third-party construction administration for developers, GCs and architects: recorded meetings, minutes, submittals, RFIs and owner reports, with a team behind me. MooMoo was the pilot.
- Your new lines. The Delta group: Delta Light, LF Illumination, VLC and Delray. On my list to go through.

How we work together
1. The architect intro (your play)
Touch base with Aria at opa architecture (the MooMoo architect), say we were talking, and read the room. If it's warm, ask what's coming up and offer to price drawings: lighting through Moxy, construction administration through me.
2. Referrals, both ways
When a homeowner or designer needs real layout help, send them to me. I design it, they buy through Moxy. When I'm on a job, I bring you in early on spec.
3. Developer packages
On the developer work I'm chasing, lighting is a full package: repeat units, plus controls, exterior and code. I'll bring you drawings when they're real.
4. You read my outreach first
Before new pieces go out, I'll send them to you. Tell me straight how they land.
